YOU MUST HAVE A CURRENT BICSI INST1, INST2, INSTC, INSTF OR TECH Certification at the time of application for the Detroit Challenge and if you are the winner of the Detroit Challenge, you must be current with BICSI at the time of the BICSI 15 th Annual Cabling Skills Challenge held in Tampa, FL Feb 5-9, 2023.

The Detroit Area BICSI Skills Challenge is a local competition being held to determine a candidate to represent Local 58 and Southeastern MI NECA in Tampa, FL, Feb 5-9, 2023. Travel costs for the Winner of the Detroit Area competition will be covered by the NECA-IBEW LMCC and will include Airfare for (1), hotel (6 nights), per diem, transfers, 40 hours pay for the 2023 BICSI Cabling Skills Challenge. Failure to attend the BICSI Cabling Skills Challenge will result in forfeiture of the Detroit Area Prize. I understand that completing this form does not enroll me in the Tampa Challenge.
